RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing goods through our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent to Lokalmarknad@hotmail.com. Your notification must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for the condition of the products during the return. The products should therefore be securely packaged and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

When issuing a refund, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the value of the product resulting from use or damage.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Products consisting of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Custom-made products that have been specially tailored to your requirements or have a clear personal character based on your wishes.

  • Services that have been fully performed, where you have expressly consented to the service being started without a right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as food products.

  • Individual issues of newspapers or magazines.

For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, please see here.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If, despite this, a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, remedy the defect free of charge.

You must always contact us and obtain approval before returning a defective product.

A complaint should be submitted as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.

How to submit a complaint

Any faults or defects must always be reported to kontakt@lokalmarknad.se. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or provide a similar replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it is determined that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). See arn.se.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any indirect damages that may arise as a result of the use of a product.

We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier or for other circumstances beyond our control.
