How long will it take to receive my package?

Our delivery time is 5–12 business days from the date your package is shipped. We aim to dispatch orders every weekday. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to high volumes with our shipping providers.

Which delivery companies do you use?

We use PostNord, Early Bird, and Citymail to deliver our products.

Can I return my product?

Of course! You can return your order. Please email us at kontakt@varell.se to receive instructions on how to make a return.

The product is out of stock. When will it be available again?

We always try to keep our products in stock so that you can order them directly from our website. However, sometimes we experience higher demand than expected.
